New Here? Start Here...

Not sure which type of Pilates is right for you?
You don’t need to know before you arrive.
Whether you’re completely new to Pilates, looking for a friendly mat class, curious about Reformer Pilates and the wider Pilates Apparatus, or simply not sure where to begin, I’ll help you find the right place to start.
Choose what sounds most like you below.

I want to try Mat Pilates
Friendly, supportive Pilates classes for all levels
My Mat Pilates classes are a great place to start if you want to move better, build strength and improve your mobility, flexibility, balance and posture.
With no more than 10 people in a class, there's plenty of individual guidance and I'll always help you adapt an exercise if you need to.
You don't need to be flexible, fit or experienced — just come as you are. And yes, there's always plenty of laughter and camaraderie along the way too.
I'm curious about Reformer Pilates
Discover the full Pilates apparatus
If Reformer Pilates has already caught your eye, there's even more to discover on the other apparatus.
I teach Pilates as a complete system, so alongside the Reformer you'll have the opportunity to work with the Cadillac, Wunda Chairs, Barrels and other Classical Pilates apparatus.
Sessions are limited to just 7 people, which means I have time to watch how you're moving, help if something doesn't feel right, adapt exercises for you and give you more challenge when you're ready.
New to the apparatus?
You'll start with one of my beginners discovery options before joining an All Levels session. Depending on what's available, that might be a Small Group Discovery Session, 4-Week Beginners Apparatus Course or Private Discovery Session.
No previous apparatus experience is needed.

I'd like to get stronger
Try Pilates Strength
If you enjoy Pilates but would like to add more resistance and challenge, Pilates Strength combines Pilates-based movement with weights and resistance work.
You'll work within a small group class of 7 people, with plenty of individual coaching and exercises adapted or progressed to suit your individual needs, ability and goals.
Unlike my Classical Pilates Apparatus sessions, you don't need to complete an introductory session or course first — you can join Pilates Strength directly.
Still not sure?
You don't have to work it out on your own
If you're looking through the options and thinking “I still don't know which one is right for me”, that's completely fine.
Tell me a little about yourself, what you're hoping to get from Pilates and when you're generally available, and I'll point you towards the best place to start.
