Steph Hammond Pilates stores and processes personal information for the following purposes only:

• To maintain notes and correspondence relating to current and previous clients
   

Personal information is stored and processed locally on computers, in a locked filing cabinet at our premises in the United Kingdom or on our booking systems Team Me Up or Wix. 
 

Backups of personal information are stored on physical backup drives at our premises in the United Kingdom, and on the BackBlaze cloud backup service.

Steph Hammond Pilates does not store client bank details or card details, or process payments. Payments are processed and stored by Stripe and Go Cardless on our behalf. 

Email marketing is via Mailchimp and contact details are stored on their system for marketing purposes.
