It is fast becoming the ‘in’ thing to do…and now you can get a flavour of Reformer & Tower Pilates by booking your Intro session this Summer!

Learn the art of the basic Reformer/Tower repertoire as well as safety of the equipment, giving you all the tools you need to join our SGPT sessions.

CANDLELIGHT PILATES & RELAXATION WORKSHOP

This blissful class combines breath work, fascia release work, stretches and deep core work followed by a blissful guided relaxation. It provides the perfect recipe for resetting your nervous system and preparing you for a good night of quality sleep kickstarting the new season feeling relaxed, recharged and ready for anything.
You don’t need to have any Pilates experience as it’s open to all levels, but you must have a curiosity to explore your body and, most importantly, unwind.
