INTRO TO THE PILATES REFORMER & APPARATUS 

Mat based Pilates classes are very well known, Reformer classes are rising in popularity but did you know they are only part of the system?

Pilates is not just Reformer & Mat but a whole series of apparatus that intertwine together, complement one another and help you reach those out of reach places far easier. From the Reformer to Cadi, Wunda Chair to Ladder Barrel.....together, it’s like Avengers Assemble…each one brings their own thing to the table and together they make a hell of a team. 

So why settle for just Mat or Reformer when you can have the whole ensemble???

Learn the basics of the Reformer & Apparatus as well as safety of the equipment in this one hour Intro Session. Giving you all the tools to join our small group classes.

FLOW INTO SPRING - Pilates/Yoga Workshop

Saturday 3rd May
1-3pm

Flow from the darkness of Winter to the light of Spring in this 2 hour workshop!
 

Come join Steph plus guest teacher Jamie Tyler (he’s back!) for this ‘Flow Into Spring' Pilates, Yoga & Meditation workshop.
 

Rouse the senses and wake the body & mind up from the darkness and cold of winter, ready for the warmth of spring and summer.

 

Starting with a revitalising Pilates practice with Steph to help mobilise and activate the body. Before Jamie moves you through a Stretchy Energising Yoga Flow to heat up the body and wake the senses. Finishing with a calm, relaxing and nourishing guided meditation led by Steph with the soothing sounds of Jamie’s hand pan drum as a backdrop.

 

Absolute bliss!

 

We’ll finish the afternoon with tea and cake!

 

So kick your heels into the air, ready for a fresh and fun start to Spring. Gift for everyone attending.

BODY TUNE UP & REHAB

First Saturday of every month at 9.15am

1 membership credit or drop in £20

A full body practice that compliments other training disciplines, helping to prevent and aid injury recovery as well as increase flexibility and mobility. 

In this Monthly Body Tune up & Rehab mini-workshop, you will learn how to use therapeutic balls, rollers, bands, strengthening exercises and functional movements to release tight tissue, re-pattern muscular imbalances and calm the central nervous system.

Benefits of Self-Myofascial massage include:
- Relief of mental stress
- Improvement in sleep
- Increase in circulation and blood flow
- Increase in flexibility/mobility
- Reduces adhesion and scar tissue
- Helps to prevent injury
